Prime Minister Modi, during his visit to Gaya, inaugurated development projects worth approximately Rs 13,000 crore, aimed at driving industrial growth, enhancing infrastructure, and creating job opportunities for Bihar’s youth. He highlighted initiatives to boost regional connectivity and tourism, including the launch of the Amrit Bharat Express and Buddhist Circuit Train, and the inauguration of the six-lane Aunta-Simaria Ganga Bridge. Modi also spoke about the expansion of Kolkata’s metro network, emphasizing its role in easing daily commutes and improving connectivity across the city.
