The makers of Yash’s much-awaited film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups have released a powerful teaser on the actor’s 40th birthday. The action-packed glimpse introduces fans to his character, Raya, and signals a massive comeback after nearly three years away from the big screen.

Running close to three minutes, the teaser delivers relentless action. Explosions tear through the screen, bombs detonate, bodies fly, and stylised slow-motion shots heighten the drama. The visuals suggest that this film aims to go far beyond the scale of a typical masala entertainer.

Production house KVN Productions shared the teaser online with the caption: “Get a good look at your danger – Introducing RAYA. Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups in cinemas worldwide on 19-03-2026.” Last year, a brief teaser showed Yash stepping out of a black car while smoking a cigar. The latest version expands that moment into a full-blown action spectacle.

The teaser opens in a cemetery, where a gang gathers for a mafia-style burial of a leader’s son. A burial van arrives, driven by a seemingly drunk man who begins setting up a bomb. Inside the van, Raya is seen in a bold and intense moment before chaos breaks loose. Explosions erupt, gunfire echoes, and panic spreads. Amid the destruction, Yash steps out calmly, cigar in hand, delivering the punchline: “Daddy’s back.”

Fans quickly flooded social media with reactions. One user wrote, “Ab hoga clash.. Pure Hollywood vibes.” Another commented, “World is Yash Boss Territory.” Some fans also took playful jabs at Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster Dhurandhar, which has been dominating the box office since December.

Toxic is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19, 2026, setting the stage for a major box-office clash with Dhurandhar 2.
