Acting on specific intelligence inputs, a checkpoint was established in the Aloora Imamsahib village. During the operation, two individuals were apprehended:
- Amir Ahmad Mir: Son of Zahoor Ahmad Mir
- Zaffer Azad: Son of Azad Hussain Ganaie
Both are resid
The security forces recovered the following items from the arrested individuals:
- One pistol with a magazine
- Eight rounds of ammunition
- Two Chinese grenades
- Other incriminating materials
These recoveries indicate the individuals’ involvement in facilitating terrorist activities in the region.
Following the arrests, a First Information Report (FIR) No. 23/2024 was registered at the Imamsahib Police Station under relevant sections of the law. Investigations are ongoing to uncover further details about their affiliations and plans.
